What dates do you open and close?

We are open from 15th March 2024 to 30th November 2024.

Can I pick my pitch?

Yes, there is an additional charge of £10 to guarantee your pitch as long as someone else hasn’t already requested the pitch. If we are unable to get you on the exact number you wanted we will always try to get you as close as possible. However, please note that sometimes due to weather problems or other unforeseen circumstances your pitch may need to be changed at short notice.

Are the pitches level?

Yes, our site is completely level, as is the rest of Selsey.

What can I put onto 1 pitch?

Each pitch is designed to take 1 caravan, 1 motorhome/campervan or 1 tent depending on the type of pitch you’ve booked. You are permitted to have an awning attached to your caravan/motorhome as long as your vehicle plus the awning is no wider than 5m total.

We cannot accept two units on one pitch, for example if you have a campervan plus a tent you would require 2 pitches. You are unable to make group bookings via the website therefore please call our bookings team on 01243 604499 if you wish to book multiple pitches at once.

Do you have disabled facilities?

Yes, we have purpose made disabled facilities including a toilet and shower. In order to access these facilities, you will need to bring your RADAR key with you.

Can we put up our pup tent/toilet tent/gazebo?

We are unable to accept additional structures on the same pitch due to size restrictions, please book multiple pitches via our bookings team on 01243 604499 if you require additional space.

Do you allow barbecues?

Disposable barbecues of any kind are not permitted on any part of Seal Bay Resort parks however we do allow freestanding BBQ’s as long as they are used responsibly. Barbecues of any kind are not allowed on the beach.

Do you allow dogs on site?

Yes, dogs are allowed on site and must be kept on a lead at all times, however, as per our holiday terms and conditions we have restrictions on certain types of dog. There is also an additional charge for dogs of £2 per night per dog. Please note that dogs cannot be left unattended on your pitch during your stay.

Do you accept groups of single sex or young people?

Due to the family nature of our holiday park we do not accept any booking for groups of young people (under 21) or large single sex groups. If you are unsure whether or not your party booking would be allowed to stay then please call us.

I am travelling via public transport. How do I get to you?

The nearest train station to our location in Selsey is Chichester. From Chichester you would need to get the Number 51 (Link) service to Selsey and get off at Police Station, here you can then walk through our Green Lawns Holiday Park and jump on our courtesy Seal Bay Resort shuttle bus to Warner Farm Touring park.

How far is my pitch from the Entertainment Facilities?

Whilst staying with us may access Seal Bay Resort’s facilities located within its 300 acre holiday park either by our regular, FREE, courtesy bus or by foot. West Sands entertainment venue is just a 10 minute walk. White Horse’s facilities are about 15 minutes and The Viking Centre at Green Lawns is about a 20 minute walk.  Please note there is also very limited park spaces at all of the venues should you wish to drive.
