Taking a holiday between 12th April and 14th May inclusive

Bunn Leisure will be welcoming holiday guests from the 12th April. We have worked hard to ensure that as many activities and facilities are available during this time to ensure you have a great break away – remember – you’ll be some of the first!

We will continue to follow all Government COVID guidelines each and every step of the way to ensure all our guests and our team are kept safe.  The guidelines in operation during this time mean we are unable to open our entertainment venues and arcades and cannot offer indoor service for restaurants and bars, but we will be operating outside dining and bar facilities.

Holidays between Monday 12th April and Friday 14th May inclusive are subject to the rule of 6 which will be in place and a maximum of two households can mix outdoors.

The great news is that our brand new Indoor water complex will be open and you will be some of the first to enjoy it with your family.

Our Outdoor Lido pool will also be open to enjoy a swim and relax as well as our Outdoor Play areas.

We’ve also a host of activities which can be booked by downloading the App.  These will be bookable 5 days before your arrival day.

We’ve also created some fantastic outdoor dining areas to enjoy a meal and a drink along with lots of takeaway options.   Our fully stocked shops and supermarkets will also be offering great value groceries and gifts.

Notes re Swimming:  Swimming sessions must be booked on the App and this is possible 5 days prior to your arrival day.   All swimming pool facilities will be running at reduced capacity in line with social distancing and in line with Government directives.

Holidays from Monday 17th May to Friday 18th June inclusive.

Well, we’re nearly there.  Everything at Bunn Leisure will be open and you can experience all the fantastic new developments and investment that has taken place over the winter months and you’ll be one of the first to enjoy all the magic that Bunn leisure has to offer.

Our swimming pools will continue to be running at reduced capacity in line with social distancing, but changing rooms will be available.

Our entertainment venues will also be running at reduced capacity in line with social distancing, but we’ve got a full programme on offer across all the many venues at Bunn Leisure.

If the Government has set out coronavirus restrictions as follows:

  1. The park is closed due to Government restrictions
  2. The Government have put restrictions on travel
  3. You are unable to travel due to sickness or isolation

Then you can:

  1. Transfer your holiday to a new date in 2021 free of charge; or
  2. Cancel your booking with a full no quibble refund

Terms and conditions 

The book with confidence Guarantee is only applicable on new bookings made on or after 14/05/20, and for booking made direct through Bunn Leisure. 

The ‘Guarantee Change Window’ allows any transfer or cancellation within the period of 28 days and 4 days prior to arrival. 

Should UK Government advice significantly change in the 4 days prior to arrival, we will reactivate the Guarantee for you. 

All other booking terms and conditions remain unchanged. 

If you choose to amend your holiday to different dates, should your new holiday be more expensive you will need to pay the difference at time of booking. 

If you choose to cancel your holiday, you can only do this by emailing us, refunds will take up to 28 days to process.

The Coronavirus Book with Confidence is available until further notice. 

Bunn Leisure cancellation Protection is a separate offer and remains available at the same time as this Guarantee.
