Provided Seal Bay Resort rules are adhered to, and it is properly maintained, your static holiday home can stay on-site for as long as you like.

Our great value new and pre-owned starter homes are available from as little as £24,995 and we have an extensive luxury range upwards of £149,995 with finance options available.

We have a range of low-cost finance options available, starting with 10% deposits as low as £2,499.50. Please ask for further details.

Insurance is variable and is dependent on make model, year and size.

Unlike many parks, when you buy a holiday home at Seal Bay Resort delivery, siting and connection on the plot of your choice is included in the price.

Like owning your own home, there are running costs, which include: local authority rates and water approximately £558.26, gas and electricity which is subject to usage. There are also site fees, which include the use of the holiday park facilities and services, varying across the various areas of the park starting from as little as £6,918.

Once you have decided on the area of the park that’s right for you, we can look at the applicable annual costs. Remember, with Seal Bay Resort there are no hidden additional charges and on some starter holiday homes there are even pitches on offer with no site fees for the first season.

Whether you choose a bustling location close to the action or a calm spot with nature reserve views, all the fantastic Seal Bay facilities are at your disposal.

Yes! We have a range of suitable holiday homes with easy access throughout and we’re happy to discuss all the options available with you.

Yes! Several Owners prefer to leave their cars at home and travel light using public transport straight to Seal Bay Resort, then hop on the free park bus service. There’s a direct bus from Chichester train station to the park.

Yes! The more the merrier, as long as you can accommodate them. If not, don’t worry – we can help with that. When purchasing a holiday home from Seal Bay Resort you are entitled to 8 adult Owner Loyalty Discount Cards,10 child cards (age 5-17) and unlimited access for under 5s, giving free entry into the holiday parks’ facilities each season.

Yes! We have some of the most beautiful walks in West Sussex right on our doorstep, as well as excellent dog walking facilities in each of the locations within the holiday park. We ask our visitors to keep their dogs on leads at all times.

We operate on a 10-month licence and are open from 1st March until the start of January. Owners are very welcome to visit their holiday home at any time during the closed season, but you will be unable to stay overnight.
