How much does it cost to stay at Bunn Leisure?

Annual site fees (Paid at the start of the season)

Your annual site fee covers many different things such as rubbish collections, on-site security and maintenance of the park.

Site fees include the use of the holiday village facilities and services but vary across the four parks starting from as little as £5,202. A site fee deposit is taken on October 1st, and the balance of the site fee will be paid by March 1st.

Other costs (Typical essentials that you should consider)

As with owning your own home there are running costs to consider which include local authority rates and water (typically around £516), gas and electricity (subject to usage but average costs are typically approx. £345). All holiday homes must be insured and costs approx. £217 per year for a new for old policy on a 10ft wide holiday home and £260 for a 12ft wide holiday home. You can arrange your own insurance, however please note that there is a certain criteria and cover details that privately arranged insurance must cover.

At the end of each season static caravans need to be drained down to ensure that no liquids within the caravan freeze whilst the park is closed during January and February. This drain-down service is offered by our in-house maintenance team at a cost of £92.50
