All our park homes and luxury lodges are built to BS 3632, the residential standard for park homes. All park homes and lodges built to this standard are designed to last at least 50 years, are energy efficient and come with a 10-year GoldShield structural warranty.
The GoldShield 10-year structural warranty scheme is designed to offer the same level of cover, as you would expect to enjoy with a NHBC warranty on a traditional brick built property.
The warranty scheme is provided and administered on behalf of the NCC and insurance backed by MB&G to give you peace of mind.
For every park home and lodge we build, we register the home with GoldShield and pay in full the Gold Shield insurance premium for the duration of the warranty.
Please note: To enjoy this warranty your chosen park will need to be registered with Gold Shield, you will need to register your new home with Gold Shield when you move in, and there are also certain maintenance requirements placed upon you to maintain the warranty.
In addition to the 10-year structural warranty, all our park homes and lodges come with:
A 12-month guarantee on the entire contents as supplied by Omar
A 40-year manufacturers guarantee from Metrotile for the roof tiles
A 10-year frame warranty (handles and hinges not included) and 5-year glazing warranty for PVCu double glazed windows
Up to a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty for all appliances and boilers (all appliances and boilers supplied are branded at least ‘A’ grade rated)
