Touring Arrival and Check In Information

We can’t wait to see you!

We’re looking forward to welcoming you on holiday. To make sure you have the best start to your break with us we’ve changed a lot of our welcome and check in process to make it smoother and quicker so that you can start your holiday from the moment you arrive.

Please take time to look at what the arrival process is below and the extra safe and secure measures we are taking to ensure you have a great time.

Your holiday

Please check your holiday confirmation showing the details of your stay with us. You will need this confirmation on arrival.

The week before your holiday

Please look out for emails and text messages in respect of the check in process.  It’s really important that we have the best email and mobile number to make sure we can keep you updated about your arrival along with the correct vehicle registration number.

Please note Commercial Vehicles and Vans are prohibited on park. 

Check in times

Arrival is from 12 noon.  We would appreciate most guests arriving at the Park between 12 noon and 2pm.

If you arrive after 2pm check in will close at 5pm with the exception of Fridays and School Holidays which is 7pm.

Please remember we will have Self-Catering caravan holidaymakers who check in at 4pm so it will be very busy between 4pm and 6pm on day of arrival.

Please do not check in early
Due to the new processes and social distancing measures still in place, we will NOT be able to check you in before your arrival time. So, please do not arrive early.

New check in App

In your pre-arrival email, you’ll be given all the information you need about your arrival and check in process. Before you leave home please download the My Bunn Holiday App from the App Store ready to book activities. Activities will be bookable 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.

Your holiday arrival information will be available on the My Bunn Holiday App 24 hours before arrival. We will also send this on an email, so please keep a look out for it.

The emails and the My Bunn Holiday App will give you all the information you need for a smooth check in.

You won’t need to book swimming or entertainment – just turn up!

24 hours before arrival

24 hours before you’re due to arrive, you’ll receive a reminder email of the new check in process. You’ll also receive a checklist of important information to know before you arrive.

Please look out for this email as it will enable you and your family to start your holiday even sooner by following the information given.

Day of arrival check in process

Please don’t forget your confirmation with your booking reference number. On the day of arrival you’ll also receive a text message.

Please ensure you’ve downloaded the My Bunn Holiday App from the App Store and follow the instructions within the pre-arrival emails and text messages to help a smooth and enjoyable arrival process.

Please ONLY enter the Park via the main Warner Farm Touring entrance located near the West Sands / Main Reception entrance.

Feeling unwell or have symptoms of Coronavirus

We want to keep everyone on park safe, so please do not travel if you are feeling unwell or are displaying any symptoms of Coronavirus.

Social distancing

We will have in place social distancing measures on the park as well as in the supermarkets and shops and you’ll see signage around the park to help with social distancing.

Contactless payment

To reduce unnecessary handling, we encourage the use of contactless payment wherever possible.

Track and trace

Track and trace will be in place across the park and it will be at your discretion.

Hand sanitiser 

You’ll see lots more hand sanitising stations around the park for you to use frequently during your stay.

Face coverings

Wearing a face covering around the park and inside the facilities will be your personal choice.

Frequently asked questions

How do I download the App?

Please ensure you’ve downloaded the App before you arrive to book activities and swim sessions.

Please note Commercial Vehicles and Vans are NOT accepted on the Park and will be refused entry.

If you think you may arrive after 7pm and need help locating your pitch please contact our Touring Reception on 01243 604499 before this time who will be delighted to help.

If you are arriving after this time please go to Security who will be happy to help.

As long as we have your email address and mobile number, we will still be able to email and text you details of your visit.

You can contact the Warner Farm Touring Park by calling us on 01243 604499 or visiting the Warner Farm Touring Reception during office hours. After this you would need to contact Security.

We will greet you outside the Warner Farm Touring Park barrier on arrival. You will then be issued a Barrier Card which will enable you to gain access through all the barriers across the Park whilst on holiday. Please remember to drop off your Barrier Card to the Warner Farm Touring Reception on check out.
